3 Star Michelin Chef Jonnie Boer and his wife/partner Therese came down to Phuket for a bit of rest and relaxation. They are from the famous De Librije Restaurant and Hotel. They couldnt have been more down to earth and it was fantastic having them here. Maybe next time we can convince Jonnie to get behind the stove!
